Baystate Academy works in partnership with EL Education and holds a three-dimensional view of student achievement and success through Mastery of Knowledge and Skill, Character, and High-Quality Student Work. The school leader, in partnership with the Executive Director, sets the vision for the Baystate Academy, as well as drives all aspects of instructional programming in the school.
