The process begins with an in-depth review of the school’s current state (a School Quality Review), and continues through facilitated improvement planning, needs-aligned interventions, and progress monitoring. To ensure the success of our work, SCHOOLWORKS® Project Teams are comprised exclusively of former educators and administrators who fully understand the constraints and challenges of school environments. These qualified professionals work closely with district administration, principals, teachers, community partners, parents, students, and other providers in a collaborative and coordinated effort to meet education improvement priorities.
