Jay Adams is a consultant with SchoolWorks. She is an energetic, versatile, and proven school leader. Having led schools in rural, suburban, and urban school districts; she possesses a solid career history in instructional leadership and educational operations. Jay has a keen eye for analyzing problems and determining viable solutions. Jay’s supervisors and colleagues describe her as an astute school leader who excels in managing the implementation of full-cycle school planning, including leader development, data-driven leadership, and instructional training and assessment. In Jay’s thirteen years of education and nine years of school leadership, she has demonstrated the ability to oversee the provision of instructional practices and drive strategy and innovation through complex challenges. She has demonstrated effectiveness with established standards, performance measures, and compliance with state, federal, and district policies and regulations. Jay holds a B.S. in Biological Science and a Masters of Education degree in Administration and Supervision – both from Tennessee State University.
