Jay Adams is the Managing Director of Quality Reviews for SchoolWorks. She oversees the company’s Quality Review service area, managing the onboarding and training of SchoolWorks review team members and spearheading the continual evolution of the company’s protocols and tools.

Jay has led and participated in hundreds of School Quality Reviews nationwide. With a specialty in comprehensive school improvement, she has managed several of SchoolWorks’ long-term engagements with individual schools – including Baystate Charter Academy Public School in Springfield, MA; New Heights Academy in Harlem, NY; and Merrick Academy Charter School in Queens, NY.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Masters of Education degree in Administration and Supervision, both from Tennessee State University in Nashville. She remains actively involved in promoting education by serving as a mentor to new school leaders in her home state.

"Supporting schools is deeper than the physical building; it means we are also supporting the families and communities the school serves."
