Previously, she was a Senior Recruiter with the School District of Philadelphia where her work mainly focused on hiring top-level School Leaders. Prior to joining the education sector, Nadia worked as a recruitment and administrative specialist in the financial services industry. Nadia graduated with her BA in Political Science and Global Studies from Hofstra University in 2013.
