Paige Gonzalez

Paige Gonzalez is a Project Manager with SchoolWorks. She has been an educator for 13 years. During that time, she has played many roles in the educational environment and worked as a teacher, reading interventionist, and as a district office leader. She has served as an educator and instructional leader in inner-city public, private, and charter schools. She managed and played a lead role in the development of a School Quality Review process in Baltimore City Schools and helped to design and implement both charter school and traditional school accountability systems. She also coordinated efforts to align the school accountability systems with the teacher and school leader accountability systems at Baltimore City Public Schools. She is also adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University; she teaches graduate students about effective classroom practices. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and an M.S. in Education from The Johns Hopkins University.
